Ragi Adai Dosa by Gowri Chebbi
Ingredients:
1. ½ cup Ragi flour
2. 1 tablespoon channa dal
3. 1 tablespoon moong dal
4. 1 tablespoon urad dal
5. 2 green chilies
6. 2 red chilies
7. ½ onion, chopped
8. 1 string of curry leaves
9. 1 string of cilantro leaves
Method:
1. Soak the channa dal, moong dal, and urad dal in water for 2 hours. Then, grind them into a smooth paste.
2. Add the Ragi flour to the dal paste and mix well.
3. Stir in the chopped onions, cilantro leaves, curry leaves, and ground chilies paste.
4. Use the batter to make dosas.
